I have spent years working in diversity and inclusion roles across different organisations. I know exactly what people with a multicultural background and or disability encounter and how you can broaden the norm from within. I also know from personal experience, as the son of a Chinese father and Dutch mother and born with a disability, what it feels like to be seen as different. That mix of professional expertise and lived experience makes my coaching unique.
Everyone is welcome. Inclusivity comes first. My expertise is strongest for people with a multicultural background and or disability, which means I can support them best. But you do not need to be part of that group to work with me.
I use the broad United Nations definition. A disability is not only about diagnoses. It includes physical, mental, intellectual or sensory challenges that, together with barriers, can limit your participation in society.
That you are shaped by multiple cultural, ethnic, national or religious influences. Your upbringing, family or environment includes different traditions and values that influence how you see and experience the world.
Questions about identity, career and personal development. For example how to use your multicultural background and or disability at work, dealing with microaggressions, study or career choices, or strengthening your communication skills.
You can find more examples on the Coaching and Consultancy page.
Yes. Many people feel that something is off but cannot place it. In a first meeting we clarify your question together.
If we work together, my top priority is helping you move forward. Coaching is often short term, with practical tools that you can apply straight away. Because of my years of experience in diversity and inclusion and my own experiences growing up with a multicultural background and disability, I know very well how it feels to be seen as different, to work harder for the same opportunities and to try to fit in. I also know that you can claim your space, be yourself fully and reach your goals. I am here to support you in that.
I understand the concern. Coaching has rightly been criticised in recent years because it is not a protected profession. Anyone can call themselves a coach. But a title does not guarantee quality. I believe in evidence: the experience I bring and the results I have achieved. You can read more about this on My Approach page. I am also a certified Coach Practitioner. And you can always start with a free introductory meeting before deciding.
Whether you are just starting your studies, halfway through or nearly graduating, coaching can support you at any stage. If you want to improve your social skills, self confidence or master choice, or need guidance in finding a placement or first job. Coaching can offer the clarity and direction you are looking for.
See Coaching for Students and My Approach for more.
We work on your growth and development at work. Think visibility, self confidence, communication or dealing with feedback. Together we refine your coaching question so that you achieve a concrete result.

60 minutes.
This vary from person to person. On average my people have six sessions. Some people need only three, others seven. You only pay for the sessions you have.
We decide together. Many people start weekly and then switch to every other week. You can always message or email me with short questions between sessions.
You can start straight away. I work Monday to Saturday between 09.00 and 20.00.
In a 30 minute video call, we get to know each other. I want to understand who you are and what you are struggling with. Together we explore whether I can support you. You can ask me anything and get a sense of how I work. That feeling is important because it forms the basis of a successful coaching process. After the call you can let me know whether you want to continue. An introductory meeting is always free.
For professionals: €120 per hour excluding VAT.
For students: I offer a tailored quote based on your situation and financial means.
Sometimes by your employer or through a development budget. I am happy to think along.
Often after one or two sessions. The biggest change usually happens between sessions when you apply what you have learned.
That you are open to exploring what matters to you. You do not need to have everything figured out, only the willingness to take steps.
Coaching does not replace therapy. Your wellbeing comes first. If there is something that requires specialist help, I will always refer you to your GP.
When you want to embed inclusion in your strategy and policies. For example if you want to attract and retain diverse talent or strengthen inclusion structurally but do not know where to start or feel stuck.
On both policy and implementation. For example an inclusive recruitment process, training for staff or managers or embedding D&I in your organisational culture.
It depends on your question. We start with an analysis and then decide which steps are needed for long term and sustainable change.
Every challenge requires a tailored approach. What matters most is that outcomes are tangible and do not disappear into a drawer. We define the scope, goals and KPIs together. I always work with different departments so that inclusion becomes embedded across the organisation.

This depends on the scope and duration. I am happy to provide a tailored quote.
